- Your Well Being
- We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow you time to relax and to ensure that you receive your full service. You will be required to fill out a client consultation form. For your well-being and safety, we request that you disclose all medical conditions, medications and supplements you are taking as there may be contraindications to some services. We assure you that we maintain strict standards of confidentiality.
- All cell phones are to be turned off for your relaxation as well as courtesy to others.
- Our skin care clinic is committed to cleanliness, safety and hygiene. Our equipment is disinfected and sanitized prior to each service.
- All services are reserved especially for you. To avoid a full fee charge, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to scheduled services.
- Method of Payment
- We take Mastercard, Visa, and of course cash. Gratuities are not included in our prices; therefore if you are pleased with the services provided, it is customary to give a 15-20% to each skin care therapist.
